Our target

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. An accessibility company should hold its own site to the standard it sells, so we treat any barrier here as a bug.

How we test this site

• Automated scans with axe-core on every page before each update.
• A full keyboard walkthrough: every link, button and form reachable and usable, with visible focus.
• Color contrast checks of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
• Screen-reader testing with NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (Mac and iOS).

The scrolling list of library platforms on the home page can be paused, and it stops moving when your device is set to reduce motion.

Known issues

Our contact and audit-request forms open your email app with your details filled in, rather than sending from the page. If you don't use an email app, write to us directly at the address below.

Report a barrier
